IDVA Court Support
Full Day Court Attendance: £500
Up to 8 hours including :
*In-person support in the courtroom
* Emotional regulation and strategy support
* Travel time
* Whatsapp support prior to and following the hearing
Short Hearing Attendance: £395
Up to 4 hours in court (day reserved exclusively for you in case of delayed hearings) including:
* Travel time
* In-person support
* Same day follow-up message
Written Court summary: £175 for full day or £100 for short hearing
Structured typed notes including:
* Key points raised
* Agreements/Orders made in detail
* Observations to support your preparation and next steps
Delivered within 48 hours.
Multi-Day Hearing Package:
For hearings of 3+ consecutive days:
3 days – £1425
4 days – £1900
Includes:
* Full day court attendance
* Preparation information beforehand
Payment options for all hearings :
50% in advance to secure the date in my diary, 50% after the hearings or monthly instalments over 3 months. Hardship rate at £345 per short hearing and £450 per day if proof of Universal Credit.
Travel costs are inclusive for Hearings in London/Berks/Bucks/Surrey/Herts. For further afield, let me work out a price for you.
