I was recently invited to http://www.bayliscourt.slough.sch.uk/ to speak to Year 12 girls about my story, my experience and to answer their questions about healthy relationships.
Here’s what one of the teachers had to say about it:
”Caron talked to our sixth form students about the signs of a unhealthy relationship. She shared her personal experience of domestic abuse. She discussed how she got out of that relationship and also manged to get her life and career back on the track. This was a good session for our students. The purpose of the day was to prepare our students for their future life. They felt well equipped in identifying the signs of a healthy relationship and understood the importance of being open and honest in a relationship.”
