I found Caron whilst attending a domestic abuse conference in 2022, where she was speaking.
After listening to her speak about the divorce procedure and post separation abuse, I felt the need to make contact with her as I was receiving awful abuse from my ex and had lost contact with my children who were and still are being alienated from me. I felt I was the only person going through this so reached out to Caron and soon realized that post separation abuse is in fact more common than you think.
I joined Caron’s Facebook group and read her book which really helped my mindset. I then took part in her ‘Insight’s course, which I feel was a game changer for me. It was great to speak with other ladies who had been through the same. We now have a WhatsApp support group where we all stay in touch.
I am still going through the abuse via courts and it does seem never ending however by speaking with Caron and having her support I feel I am not alone in this and am in fact making progress.
