I was so overwhelmed by the recent poem that was sent to me by Clare.

Clare has been writing poetry as a way of helping her process her experiences. Getting your words down on paper whether it’s through poetry or journalling can be a very cathartic and healing part of your recovery.

Reading this made me realise the power of conversation, of reaching out and supporting someone when they need help the most and I feel privileged that my clients trust me with their most personal stories.
