Coaching schedule
The coaching schedule will be agreed between the client and myself
Coaching investment
The investment for coaching will be agreed between the client and myself. I will confirm the investment in writing, usually via email.
Payment terms
Payment can be made by bank transfer to CK Coaching Ltd (details on the confirmation email invoice)
by cheque made out to: CK Coaching Ltd or as agreed with the client in advance of the first session.
Fees are payable in advance of coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed. Where a payment schedule is agreed, this will be set out on the invoice to the client.
Where payment has not been received by myself in advance of a session I am not obliged to provide the session.
Where a client requests a receipt, this will be sent by email unless otherwise requested.
Scheduled sessions
It is expected that scheduled sessions will begin at the agreed time. Although I will endeavour to be flexible to accommodate you, any sessions which begin after that time due to late client arrival for whatever reason may not be able to be extended beyond the agreed finish time due to other coaching commitments.
In the case of a situation beyond the client’s control, please contact me as soon as possible on 07899991304.
Between sessions
The client may leave each session with an action plan designed to help them focus on moving forward positively. I may ask the client to undertake certain tasks or exercises between coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the client to complete these, but these are designed to create the most value and promote recovery alongside the coaching process.
Where email and/or telephone support is agreed I will be available to the client, within reason, by email/telephone in between scheduled sessions. I will endeavour to reply to emails/messages as promptly as possible, within usual business hours.
Cancellation policy
If the client is unable to attend a scheduled session, please let me know as soon as possible, and at least 48 hours in advance in advance of the scheduled session. I will try in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.
If the client simply fails to attend a scheduled session or does not give the required notice of at least 48 hours, I reserve the right to retain the fees paid.
In the case of serious accident, emergency or other situation beyond the client’s control, please deal with the situation first, and then notify me at your earliest convenience.I will follow up typically within 24 to 48 hours of the missed appointment.
If for any reason, I needs to cancel an appointment, 5 days’ notice will be given (if possible) and an alternative time will be offered.
Holidays
I will give at least 3 weeks’ notice of any planned holiday dates during which I will be unavailable if it is going to interrupt the schedule of pre-booked coaching sessions with the affected client.
Termination
Either the client or Caron may terminate this agreement at any time with one week’s written notice.
If the client wishes to cease coaching with me, I will refund to the client any pre-paid fees for any scheduled appointment, providing that the required notice had been given.
If I wish to terminate the coaching relationship, then, as far as possible, I will explain the reasons to the client, and refund to the client any pre-paid fees for any scheduled appointment.
Confidentiality
Any personal information shared with me by the client as part of the coaching relationship will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior consent, except where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else.
I will not disclose the client’s name as a reference without the client’s consent unless where I deems through professional judgement that disclosing this to the client will be highly likely to escalate the risk of harm to the client.
It is, of course, not possible to protect the confidentiality of information that is transmitted electronically through emails and computers connected to the internet that do not utilise security or encryption protection.
Where consultations are conducted in a group format, the Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information communicated to the client by Caron and Caron’s other coaching clients.
